NOCTRA currently ships only within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their order has shipped.

NOCTRA offers Standard Shipping throughout the United States.

Estimated shipping time is 8–14 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that total delivery time includes both processing time (1–7 business days) and shipping time (8–14 business days).

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at noctra.shop1@gmail.com and we will assist where possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
